From June 2020
The brainchild of Creative Producer Wezi Mhura, a new mural trail of powerful new artworks, including paintings, video, photography, digital and text – by Scottish BAME artists and writers, in solidarity with Black Lives Matter – will pop up in towns and cities across Scotland from June 2020.
Supported by Scotland’s leading arts organisations and venues – including Edinburgh International Festival, Dance Base and Eden Court, – who have donated their currently locked down doors, walls and railings.
As of 18 July 2020 there are over 24 different artworks in Edinburgh (including the massive glass wing at the Usher Hall), Glasgow and Inverness, with more planned over the coming weeks, in Stirling and Dundee, as well as Edinburgh and Glasgow.
