Multi instrumentalist Steve Ray Ladson was born in South Carolina, and raised singing in church. Break-out star of AGT 2025, he is the architect of what he calls Blackgrass Brothercana, an innovative collision of Americana, country, blues, rock and soul. Summer 2026 appearances include Montreux Jazz Festival and London’s Ronnie Scott’s.
